Problem Handling

Siebel CRM is used throughout the lifecycle of incidents and customer requests, from Recording to Resolution and Fulfillment stages for both Lottery Venues and Players. The Resolution process involves mobile clients used by Field Service technicians.

Order Capture

In certain installations, Siebel is used for Lottery product order capturing. The Orders are then submitted to and fulfilled by Intralot’s core lottery systems via tight integration to those.

Marketing Campaigns

Integrated with the Marketing Suite, Siebel CRM provides multichannel Marketing Campaign functionality, including both Inbound and Outbound Telephone Campaigns and eMail campaigns.
