Netcompany-Intrasoft undertook the implementation a very challenging mobile app in both technical terms and of project tightness. The new pioneering COSMOTE UFixit service, allows COSMOTE technical agents at Customer’ support to use the camera of clients Android/ iOS device to see exactly what they are seeing through UFixit app. The app through a live support session that supports video, audio streaming, chatting and shared dashboard, enables COSMOTE’s technical agents to guide the customers step-by-step for issue resolution. The app integrates with the back-office customer system for live streaming session management.
